Beth has been a Registered Dietitian since 2003 and has over 10 years of counseling experience. Beth’s philosophy is that the achievement of health and wellness begins with developing a healthy relationship with food. Beth carries that philosophy into all areas of her practice including weight management, sports nutrition, disordered eating, food sensitivities, specialty diets including vegetarian, and GI issues. Beth is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and enjoys working with adults, as well as adolescent athletes to lay a solid foundation of healthy eating habits. Beth’s open minded, non-judgmental approach empowers her clients to reach their goals while living their best life and loving what they eat!
In addition to nutrition, Beth has a passion for exercise. She earned a double degree in Dietetics and Exercise Physiology in 2002, and began her career in the health industry as a personal trainer. While Beth no longer trains humans, she competes professionally as an equestrian and uses her background in fitness and physiology to help herself and her clients reach their goals.
As the former Media Rep for the Colorado Dietetic Association, Beth enjoys spreading positive, “Fad Free” nutrition information through local and national media outlets. Beth has been quoted in such publications as Runner’s World, Muscle & Performance, Outside Online, and the Denver Post. She has also been featured on local news programs including The Denver Channel, 9 News, and Fox 31 Denver.
Beth’s balanced approach to wellness is a reflection of her lifestyle. When she is not helping her clients reach their goals or riding her horses, Beth enjoys playing with her dogs, running, cooking, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
